As our client, you can take advantage of our competitively priced and comprehensive insurance package comprising the following policies:
Insurance options to suit your church or faith based group
Faith Insurance provides a broad range of insurance products to protect your community against the unexpected. Our policies give you the confidence of cover that’s tailored specifically for not-for-profits, plus the peace of mind which comes from knowing that any claims will be processed promptly and fairly by people who understand the needs of faith-based communities.
Industrial Special Risks
We cover you for loss, destruction of, or damage to your property – both material loss and any consequential loss of revenue – resulting from interruption or interference in your work.
General Liability – Public & Products
We help you take the risk out of leading your community by offering a range of liability insurance and risk management solutions. Because we understand faith-based organisations and community groups better than commercial insurers, Faith Insurance policies better reflect your needs – and our experienced team can work with you to make sure your specific requirements are covered.
Special Exclusion: Molestation – Known Offenders Exclusion (in relation to sexual abuse).
Management Liability
Today, the people who manage community and faith-based organisations face many of the same liability risks experienced by directors and officers of corporate entities. They require specialised insurance for the day-to-day management decisions they make.
Professional Indemnity – Claims Made Policy
We protect you against third party claims for breach of professional duty, professional negligence, mismanagement or breach of fiduciary responsibility; breaches of corporations law, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination and other employment related litigation.
Special Comments: “Claims Made” Wording – This Policy is issued on a claims made basis.
Personal Accident – Volunteers
Our policy provides voluntary workers with Personal Accident insurance that covers them whilst undertaking voluntary work for your organisation. Volunteers have an important role in faith-based communities, but because they are not employed by you, they are not eligible for Workers Compensation. This policy ensures their protection against financial loss if an injury occurs whilst performing voluntary work for your ministry.
